Intro to Acro
This class is perfect for students who are looking to increase their acrobatic dance skills. Classes will focus on the fundamentals of acrobatics (cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, ariels, etc.), teaching strength, conditioning, coordination, flexibility, discipline, concentration, and agility. Some basic background in gymnastics or acro is encouraged, but not required.
Stretching and Mindfulness (Offered only during select sessions)
This class offers a unique therapeutic practice to release stress and manage anxiety. It allows a way to release that pressure in our mental and our physical selves while connecting with our inner balance. You will stretch and restore yourself to a calm state of mind.
Adaptive Dance (age group is flexible, teachers’ discretion)

Come learn a variety of fun dance moves and get a great workout, all while building confidence and developing new friendships! In this class, we will explore a variety of different dance styles, from jazz to modern, to hip hop, as well as learn new dance routines to upbeat songs.
This adaptive class is open to teens of diverse abilities (13+) and encourages fitness, strength. Flexibility, along with social, sensory, and coordination skills. Parent/caregiver participation is not required, but is always welcome. A parent/caregiver must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the class. Read More about ConfiDANCE here.
Dress Code
ACRO: Hair in a bun, bare feet, leggings and leotard or leggings and tight fitting top (unitards are OK but leggings are preferable as sometimes the mats are sticky).
ADAPTIVE: Hair off of face, tennis shoes/jazz shoes/ballet shoes acceptable (tap shoes may be needed), comfortable clothing (no jeans).
STRETCHING AND MINDFULNESS: Yoga mat, hair comfortable and off the face, leggings or shorts, comfortable top.
ConfiDANCE: Comfortable clothing and bare feet or indoor shoes.
